User tiers are automatically determined based on the previous month’s cumulative trading volume and updated on the 1st of every month.

Tier standards are as follows (Unit: USDT):

• VIP 4: ≥ 50M — Sprint
• VIP 5: ≥ 100M — Turbo
• VIP 6: ≥ 200M — GT Track King
• VIP 7: ≥ 500M — Formula F1
• VIP 8: ≥ 1B — Hypercar Legend

2. Upgrade Gift Mechanism

First-Time Upgrade Gift:

• When a user’s trading volume first reaches a higher tier, they are eligible for a one-time upgrade gift corresponding to that tier.
• Each tier’s upgrade gift can only be claimed once and cannot be repeated.

Monthly Upgrade Gift Variation:

• Upgrade gifts will vary each month to maintain freshness and exclusivity.
• Gift details will be announced at the beginning of each month.

Tier Assessment Time:

At 00:00 (UTC+8) on the 1st of each month, new tiers are automatically calculated and announced based on the previous month’s trading volume.

The tier remains unchanged throughout the current month and will not be downgraded due to trading volume fluctuations.

4. Example Scenarios

Upgrade Gift Example:

• User A trades 120M in January → Assessed as VIP 5 in February, eligible to claim one VIP 4 upgrade gift.

            In February, trades 300M → Assessed as VIP 6 in March, eligible to claim VIP 6 upgrade gift (but cannot retroactively claim VIP 5 gift).

• User B trades 80M in March → Assessed as VIP 4 in April, eligible to claim one VIP 4 upgrade gift.

            If the user maintains VIP 4 in May, no additional gift will be granted, though tier identity remains.

• Violation Example:

User E boosts trading volume through wash trading to reach VIP 3. If confirmed as a violation, the month’s gifts and related upgrade rewards will be canceled. Tier adjustment or demotion will be decided by Deepcoin.

5. Gift Redemption & Confirmation Rules

Official Contact:

• When a user qualifies for an upgrade gift or meets the threshold for a regular gift, Deepcoin’s official staff will proactively contact the user.

KYC Requirement:

• Users must complete KYC verification to be eligible for gift redemption.
• Users who have not completed KYC will not be able to claim any rewards.

Redemption Announcement:

• A redemption announcement will be published on the 10th of every month.
• The redemption period is 30 business days from the date of the announcement.

Confirmation Deadline:

• Users must confirm their shipping details (such as delivery address, identity verification, etc.) with staff within 30 days.
• Failure to do so within 30 days will be regarded as forfeiting the gift.

Conversion to USDT:

• If preferred, users may choose to convert the gift into an equivalent value of USDT credited directly to their account through official communication.

6. Violation Clauses

Prohibited Actions:

• Wash trading, self-trading, or any other abnormal means of inflating trading volume are strictly prohibited.

Handling:

• Once a violation is confirmed, the user’s eligibility for the month’s gifts and related tier rewards will be revoked.
• Deepcoin reserves the right to demote the user’s tier level or impose other penalties.
