1. Why can't I receive the email sent by Deepcoin?
If you cannot receive the official email, you can try the following:
(1) Please make sure that you log in with the email address registered with your Deepcoin account.
(2) Please try to find it in spam or other folders. If you find that your email service provider is pushing Deepcoin emails into your spam folder, you can manually whitelist the Deepcoin email address. For how to set up the email address whitelist, you can click [Set Deepcoin Email Whitelist] to view the graphic tutorial.
(3) Please check whether the email client is sending and receiving normally. You can check your email server settings to make sure there are no security violations caused by firewalls or antivirus software.
(4) Is your e-mail box full? If your email reaches capacity, you will not be able to send or receive email normally. You can delete some emails to make room for new ones.
(5) Try to choose mainstream mailboxes such as Gmail, QQ, Outlook, etc.
2. What should I do if I cannot receive the SMS verification code from Deepcoin?
Step 1: Please empty your inbox. If your inbox is full, this will prevent you from receiving information
Step 2: Restart your mobile phone and confirm that the signal of your current mobile phone is good. Poor mobile phone signal will prevent you from receiving information
Step 3: Check your mobile App to see if the information is blocked. If so, it is recommended that you temporarily close the App when applying for withdrawal
Step 4: Contact your telco and ask them if they have blocked/suspended your mobile plan so that you cannot receive information normally
Step 5: If you use a phone with dual SIM slots, please put your SIM card into another slot. If you are using a mobile phone with a single card slot, please put your SIM card into another mobile phone and try
Step 6: If you still cannot receive the SMS verification code, please contact our online customer service
