We are looking for bright, talented traders who share Deepcoin’s values and mission and are willing to promote Deepcoin. The Deepcoin Affiliate Program has been created so you can create a unique referral link and anyone who clicks on the link and completes the registration will automatically be classified as your referral. You will receive commissions on all trades completed by your referrals for Futures trading.  When you and your sub-affiliate reach a certain monthly trading fee amount, you get tons of benefits! We provide you with 50% commission and a monthly fixed salary. As your network and trading volume grow, so does your monthly income! All you gotta do is advocate for Deepcoin and bring in referrals, the rest we do for you!

Program Benefits: 

See the table below for a more in depth breakdown of the benefits that Deepcoin provides its affiliates. Every month is considered separate from the last based on your start date with the program. 

Ex. You become a Deepcoin Affiliate on March 13, 2022. That means your first month ends on April 12th, 2022. You will be paid the fixed salary portion on May 1st, 2022.

1. Increasing Fixed Monthly Salary - we will review your fees each month and provide the fixed salary fee after determining which level you have completed for the month. which will be issued uniformly on the 1st day of each month.
   
   Ex. If your affiliate referrals in the month reached a level 5 commission of 20,000 USDT, then your fixed salary for that month will be 6,800 USDT.
   
   
2. High Commission Rates - 50% commission on fees on the trades from yourself and your referrals. Fees are paid out every hour which can be tracked inside the app or on our website.
   1. Sub-Affiliate Commission:  An affiliate can invite a sub-affiliate, and all completed trades done by the clients referred by the sub-affiliate will contribute 5% of the commission to the main affiliate. Please be advised that this 5% of commission does not affect the commission scheme for the sub-affiliate and the main affiliate can only receive the sub-affiliate commission while the sub-affiliate is a valid affiliate.
      
      (Ex: if A invites B to be an affiliate, B invites C to be a trading client, then A is the main affiliate, and B is a sub-affiliate, A can get a 5% commission from C’s trading while B receives his 35% or 40% commission from C’s trading depends on B’s affiliate level)
      
      
3. Reports, Dedicated Account Manager, & Swag - In the Deepcoin website and mobile application, you can enjoy real-time commission reports that track your referrals and sub-affiliate trading volume and fees. You are then paid out quickly back into your Deepcoin account.
   
   You will have a dedicated account manager that will provide you with help and marketing promotional materials for your to expand your network. Send us your address and we’ll also ship you some Deepcoin branded mugs, shirts, and desk mats for your partnership!

How do I start earning commission & fixed income? 

Step 1:

Review all the terms and agreements and submit your application. We will evaluate your submission and contact you with next steps.

Step 2: 

Share your affiliate link, refer friends to come and trade. Start making social media post at least 3 times a week to boost the outreach to your followers! 

***Sign up bonus - New users get a 50 USDT DTB (Deepcoin Trial Bonus) for futures trading. Users can withdraw up to 50 USDT of profit from the DTB once they have completed some other trading activity on their own. 

Step 3: 

Earn at least 50% commission & monthly fixed salaries. You’ll see your commission data in real time in the app and on the desktop. You can earn up to 700,000 USDT!

What is the duration of the affiliate program? 

Once officially signed up, duration is dependent on the agreement between you and your dedicated account manager. However, the referral commission rate will be adjusted first for 3 months (that is, 90 days after the adjustment date), and upon the completion of 90 days, only affiliates that meet the quarterly review criteria will receive a further 90 days extension. You will be able to enjoy the commissions generated by your referral’s completed trades on a rolling basis for the duration of the affiliate program. 

Affiliate Level Adjusting Mechanism 

After becoming an official Deepcoin affiliate, you will receive an assessment every month. We will  adjust your affiliate level based on the performance of the last month. The assessment operates as below:

1. The Affiliate must invite at least 20 new traders each month. 
2. The Affiliate must post about Deepcoin at least 3 social media posts per week to a channel of their choice. 
3. Affiliates have to maintain a trading volume of at least 4,000,000 USDT between you and your affiliates to qualify for the first VIP 1 tier of the program to be eligible for the fixed income. 
   1. If the affiliate does not meet the VIP 1 transaction volume requirements for that month, the affiliate will be just be given a 50% commission according to the overall transaction volume contribution fee, and the fixed salary will be cancelled, however;
   2. If the affiliate does not meet the transaction volume requirements, but s/he completes the posting and invitation task, and at least 10 invitees deposit more than 200 USDT at their Deepcoin account which are not withdrawn within 7 days, then the affiliate will get a 200 USDT fixed salary payment
4. At the end of each month, the account manager will review your trading volumes, and if you have reached the next VIP tier before the end of the month, the next month you will be moved into the next VIP tier. So if by Jan 25th you and your affiliates have achieved a cumulative trading fees of 80,000 USDT, you can be moved into the VIP 6 tier starting on Feb 1st. You must maintain higher fees than 80,000 USDT by Feb 28th, or you will be moved back to the VIP 5 tier.
5. If the affiliate reaches the standard conditions for 3 consecutive months, the affiliate will be rewarded with an additional 1,000 USDT;

Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions: 

1. The commission is paid on a daily basis at 00:00 (UTC+8). 
2. You must deposit and trade before you can withdraw any commissions.
3. Check your app for more details about the affiliate program details.
4. Bonuses or other fees paid to affiliates or KOLs will be discussed as a separate mechanism to the affiliate program. 
5. The referrals an affiliate can invite is uncapped as well as the total amount of the commission. 
6. The transaction fees of the inviter’s sub-account are merged into the main account to calculate the commission amount. 
7. Inviting yourself to get commissions is strictly prohibited in this program. Deepcoin will disqualify any affiliate who practices this actions and reserve right to revoke the commissions they have received. 
8. Hijacking official traffic or jeopardizing Deepcoin clients’ account security will lead to cancellation of the affiliate membership immediately and any commission receivables will be revoked. (Including but not limited to, using content that is highly similar to Deepcoin official social media accounts, website content, or website domain names for redirects, or placing Deepcoin ads through search engines, etc.). 
9. Deepcoin reserves all rights of final interpretation of this program could make amendment without prior notification.
