How to check UID?

APP:

Step①: Log in to Deepcoin app and tap profile image in the top left corner, then the sidebar will appear.

Step②: Under [Hi, ], you can find your UID, click on the icon at the right of UID to copy it.

Website:

Step①: Log in to Deepcoin website, put your mouse cursor on the profile picture, and then click on the [Account & Security].

Step②: Check your UID right of membership level.

How to reset your profile picture?

APP:

Step①: Log in to your Deepcoin account, tap on the photo in the top left corner and a sidebar will open.

Step➁: Tap the icon [＞] right of sidebar, go to [My Center].

Step③: Tap the icon [＞] right of profile photo.

Step④: Select the image from your local file and click [Save], then you have completed your changes.

You are has got get your profile picture changed.

Website:

Step①: Log in to Deepcoin website, put your mouse cursor on the profile photo, and then click on the [Account & Security].

Step➁: On the Account & Security screen, click on "Edit" at the bottom of profile photo.

Step③: Click [+] to select an image from your local files and click [Save].

Your profile picture has been changed.

How to reset your nickname?

APP:

Step①: Log in to your Deepcoin account, tap on the photo in the top left corner and a sidebar will open.

Step➁: Tap the icon [＞] right of sidebar, go to [My Center].

Step③: Tap the icon [＞] right of nickname.

Step④: Enter a new nickname and then click [Confirm].

Website:

Step①: Log in to Deepcoin website, put your mouse cursor on the profile picture, and then click on the [Account & Security].

Step➁: At the bottom of the [Account & Security] screen, click [Set] button under [My Settings].

Step③: Create a new name, and then click [Confirm].

Please note: If you have made any changes to your profile picture and nickname, but changes do not take effect when you reload the page, please log in again and check it.

Your nickname has been changed.
