Dear Deepcoin Users,
To further regulate cryptocurrency trading activities, ensure fair market order, mitigate risks, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of participants in the cryptocurrency market, the platform has established relevant risk management protocols. Should any irregular or abnormal trading activities be detected, the platform reserves the right to implement corresponding risk control measures for the accounts involved.
Definition of Irregular Activities
1. High-Frequency Order Placement:
- When a single cryptocurrency exceeds 10 orders per day per account on the platform, with intervals between orders less than 30 seconds, and such activity accounts for over 50% of the user’s trading activities.
(Including short-term, repetitive, high-volume transactions between sub accounts within a brief period, aimed at creating multi-directional lock positions or order manipulation).
2. Prohibited Trading Practices:
- Engaging in price manipulation or unauthorized fund operations. Allowing third-party control of accounts to perform unauthorized trading. Exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform’s products or promotional activities to derive improper gains. Engaging in transactions using other users’ accounts without their consent.
Risk Control Measures
For accounts found engaging in such irregular activities, the platform may enforce corresponding risk control measures, including but not limited to:
• Issuance of warning notifications
• Restricting account permissions
• Freezing accounts
• Confiscation of illicit gains
• Termination of services
The Risk Control Department will conduct a secondary manual review of the relevant transactions within 5–10 business days. Users with objections may contact the platform’s online customer service for further clarification.
Final Interpretation Rights
The platform reserves the right to the final interpretation of the risk control measures outlined in this announcement.
We remain committed to providing you with excellent products and quality service.
