Freeze/Delete Account

1. Open the Deepcoin APP, click the user avatar in the upper left corner of the home page, and click [Security Settings]

2. Click [Account Management]

3. Click [Freeze Account] or [Delete Account]

(1) Freeze account: Click [Freeze Confirmation] and your account will be suspended after freezing. You can contact customer service to apply for unfreezing the account

(2) Delete Account: If the following two requirements are met, click [Delete Confirmation] to cancel the account. After cancellation, your account will be permanently deleted, and you will not be able to re-register with the email address, mobile phone number, and identity information bound to this account
