Forgot login password (APP/PC)

If you forget your login password during the process of logging in to your Deepcoin account, please do not worry, you can log in to your account again by doing the following:

1. Forgot Login Password-APP
(1) Open the Deepcoin APP, click the user avatar in the upper left corner of the home page, and click [Login/Register]

(2) E-mail registration forgot password

i. If you have registered an account with an email address before, please click [Forgot Password], then enter your email address, and then click [Next] to continue the operation

ii. Click [Get Verification Code] for security verification

iii. After entering the verification code, click "Submit" to complete the password modification

(3) Mobile phone number registration forgot password

i. If you used your mobile phone number to register an account before, please click [Login with mobile phone number] first, and then click [Forgot Password]. Select your mobile number international area code and enter your mobile number. Click [Next] to continue.

ii. Enter the SMS verification code to complete the password modification

2. PC forgot the login password

(1) Log in to the official website of Deepcoin, click on the [Login] interface at the top right of the home page [Forgot Password]

(2) Enter the email/mobile number of your registered account, and click [Next]

(3) Click [Get Verification Code] for security verification

(4) Enter the 4-digit email verification code/mobile phone verification code, click [Login], and the login is successful
